Rolex 24HR of Daytona

Come join The Community Garage on our first annual trip to witness one of North America’s most iconic races: the Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona. Yes! We are going to the land of orange juice and alligators – Florida! Home of Daytona International Raceway.

Race Basics

WHEN: Thursday, January 25, 2024 through Sunday, January 28, 2024

WHERE: Daytona International Speedway, 1801 West International Speedway Blvd., Daytona Beach , FL 32114

WHO: IMSA Prototypes, GT3, GT4, and MX-5 Cup cars

Race Events

• Friday: MX-5 Cup & Michelin Pilot Challenge
• Saturday – Sunday: Rolex 24 at Daytona

Trip Details

• Departure: Thursday 4PM
• Return: Monday 12PM
• Accommodations: Camping at the track, eating at the track, napping at the track (we don’t sleep – the race is going a full 24 hours and so do we!)
• Team Host: Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing (RLL #24 & #25 BMW Hypercar teams)

Attractions

• Thursday: Qualifying for all groups (we’ll be on the road during these races)
• Friday races: GT4 (afternoon) & MX-5 Cup (morning)
• Friday (afternoon): Autograph sessions
• Friday/Saturday: VIP tour of Rahal-Letterman Racing trackside garage!
• Fan Grid Walk & Pit Lane: very cool, up-close access to cars Friday and Saturday
• Saturday (10PM): Fireworks
• Saturday (11AM): Vintage Rolex 24 Heritage Exhibition: race car display and touring laps
