The Community Garage and ETHS are working together on several new programs to help area kids learn about motorsports.
The E-town Tuners Club is the main car club at the Evanston Township High School. Tom Sprengelmeyer is the auto shop teacher and faculty sponsor for the club. The Community Garage is grateful for Mr. Sprengelmeyer's support and willingness to house some of our projects.
A strong foundation in auto mechanics is not essential to participate in motorsports - but MAN does it help a lot.
There are all kinds of very exciting performance parts that we love to work with. However, they all rest upon fundamental systems common to almost all cars. Best to learn as much as you can.
